About Us

Starting up in my own company in 2005 meant that I could at last use my enthusiasm and design flare to bring a holistic approach to problem solving for house owners, developers and general business.   

With over 30 years experience within the Construction Industry around the world, first as a Clerk of Works then right through to Senior Building Surveyor,  I bring a wealth of knowledge about almost every aspect of Building Design & Structures.

Having gained technical expertise both on site and in the design office, I know that I can offer practical solutions to all your building needs.

Add to this my specialist knowledge of home adaptation design for the less-abled , and my extensive work in designing access solutions to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act, I can now offer my services to the public and industry at large.

With my own office setup with computers, A1 plotter and colour printers, I can provide CAD design, & specifications, on site surveys & supervision + project management......etc, all with friendly advice and assistance.

My extensive  network of associates including Structural Engineers, Building Control & Planning Officers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers + specialist contractors & suppliers, are on hand for assistance at any time.

Most of my work comes from word of mouth recommendations, and I'm sure that when you experience the process of helping you create your building ideas, you will be recommending me as well!!
